I wish to add L carnitine to my in take while trying to excercise 30 mins a day to lose 10lbs by march. is this possible? i do not eat rice anymore but i substitute rice for whole wheat bread and corn. is this okay?

What ur doing sounds good – carnitine can be taken about 1,000-2,000 mg per day according to size. Too much might cause overheating or dehydration but drink water and that will fix it.
I think weight loss by march is achievable! Go for it!

what is the highest safe dosage of l-carnitine?
i am takeing 500mg of l carnitine and 250 mg mulit vitiman. what is the highest safe doseage of l carnitine (perferably mult of 500)?

Usually you can take 2g (2000mg) of L-carnitine a day safely. But you should divide up the doses in the day. So take 500mg 4 times a day. Also, I wouldn’t immediately start on this dose. Start with 500mg a day and slowly move up until you reach 2000mg. This way you’ll be able to see if you’re having any adverse reactions. Also, l-carnitine can have a stimulating effect so you may not wanna take it anywhere close to bedtime, otherwise it may keep you up.

Will there be adverse drug interactions? Incompatibilities?
I’m trying to lose weight and I’m planning to take these 2 at the same time at the recommended dosages. Do I need to adjust dosage if I’m taking both?
