I want to use L-carnitine for weight loss, and also thinking for buying amino acids and i want something for endurance and strenght please help

admin answers:

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Do not go on fast or starvation diet.

Nothing other than water in between.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day. Do not overdo.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free. If aiming at weight reduction, it is desirable not to go beyond 1lb/week.

Be patient and not in a hurry.

U cannot choose spots for reduction.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight.

I have everything ready to play tennis and will start playing soon.
I was wondering if I truly needed to work out ON TOP of playing Tennis. Im about 5’9 160-ish and have a decent amount of muscle on me. I was considering to start taking a multivitamin, and L-Carnitine…helpful?, and also should I drink NaNo Vapor before tennis to increase muscle size? Help me out!

Did you searched the internet? I mean you can just have free informtion which I think is a good idea, but a hard one though, or you can just buy a book from your local library or an e-book, it is your choice, I prefer reading books though, you can find what you need in the below links … If you willing to pay some money. If not just go with search engines

Chris asks…

Can people with heart problems drink fuze?

I’m 14 female and I have SVT (Supraventricular tachycardia). Can I drink fuze drink or will it lead to palpitations? The ingredients are filtered water, fruit juice, malic acid, natural tropical dragonfruit flavor with other natural flavors, veggie juice, garcinia cambogia, rind extrat, ascorbic acid, acesulfame potassium, sucralose, L-carnitine, chromium polynicotinate.

admin answers:

Fuze is very healthy. It’s packed full of vitamins and minerals and certain flavors have L-Carnitine and Super Citrimax which aid in controlling appetite so you don’t over eat and also boost metabolism, and some flavors have electrolytes such as calcium and potassium. And the teas have enough antioxidants to equal two of your daily vegetable servings in one bottle.

There is no evidence to suggest that people with SVT should not drink it. Nevertheless, ask your doctor.
