What is Taurine, Ginseng, L – Carnitine, things that are in energy drinks like monster??!?

What are these things in the drink and what do they do to the body, things like Panax Ginseng, Niacin, Riboflavin, everything in an energy drink and what are the effects?

Can I take L-Carnitine while doing the Master Cleanse?

Every year in January I do the Master Cleanse to start of the year right. The one draw back each year is I lose a decent amount of weight in muscle. I was just wondering if it would be okay if I took L-Carnitine to help prevent that from happening quite so much. Would this disrupt the cleanse? Thank you.

Long I know but it is important to point out the change to a clean diet is the key yet we readily give the credit to the pill, potion, diet pill, detox, cleanse, or fad diet.

Can you tell me about CoQ10 and L Carnitine?

Co Q10 is naturally made in your body but it is good to take as a supplement cause our bodies often do not produce enough.
If you take cholestrol, heart or blood medicine it is something you really need to take it because the statins in the cholestrol meds deplete it and you end up dying from lack of CoQ10.


Carnitine is an amino acid
it is especially good to take if you do training and/or sports

You can buy them many places but try and find a good quality that is not synthetic.
