i am short-sighted and wear glasses. I don’t like wearing glasses and i am too young to wear contact lenses. I also don’t want to have surgery. Is there any way i can improve my vision naturally?

I and my students have improved our vision by first recognizing and unlearning the blurry vision habits of staring, squinting, and diffusion. Then we had to relearn and bring back the clear vision behaviors of movements and centralizations with dynamic relaxation and continuity. These are the principles of natural perfect eyesight. Along the way we did many self healing activities like palming, swinging, neck rolls, and closed eyelid sunning. These self healing activities helped to draw off the tension and strain of blurry vision habits and artificial corrections(glasses, contact, surgery).

In order to be able to get to this stage we had to wade through all the confusions, ignorances, deceptions, lies, and scams in the eyesight and vision field. We had to realize that eye professionals are not necessarily going to want us to find other options other than Artificial corrections and their care. We also had to learn that eye doctors care a lot, do the best they can, and want us to have the clearest vision, but just because they say that eye exercises don’t work doesn’t mean that natural perfect eyesight isn’t possible.

We also had to learn that most of the information out there on natural eyesight (95%) is ignorance and scams based on the ideas of eye exercises(eye pushups, eye drills) or eye nutrition(eye potions). We learned that blurry vision comes from effort and strain and tension. Because of this, eyes under the influence of artificial corrections and blurry vision habits are many times stronger than they need to be, and are bulky and sluggish. They don’t need to be bulked up any more by eye push ups. We also learned that nutrition is important for eyes, but will not change the way we use our eyes, mind, and body together.

However, now a successful brand new system called cross-linking helps keratoconus by halting the regression of the disorder.

Affecting the patients vision, symptoms typically show themselves by sensitivity to light, seeing multiple images, and blurring or streaking of the eyesight. As it is often diagnosed in the earlier years of life, usually during eye examinations, it unfortunately, until now, gradually but progressively worsens with each passing decade.

If it affects both eyes then this can have a serious effect on the quality for the sufferers life having adverse outcome such as the ability to drive or read. In most of the cases, especially if the patient only has the condition in one eye, contact lenses, or corneal ring segments are sufficient enough to address the problem short term, although if the condition becomes worse than surgery will be the only option.

Now for the first time ever there is hope in the form of Corneal Collagen Cross-linking which slows and even halts the progression of this disabling condition.

The procedure itself is quick and simple. It uses a special light known as UVA which reacts with a solution of Riboflavin to produce new stronger collagen strands in the stroma. A topical anaesthetic is enough to carry out the operation in about an hour. The solution of Riboflavin is dropped into the eyeball after the cornea has been gently scratched to allow faster absorption. The UVA light is then shone directly into the eye which begins the process. It is reported to be painless although there is the same sensation as having a foreign body inside the eye and the eyeball itself can become a little red and sore.

After antibiotic ointment is applied the corneal surface heals very quickly. The patient needs to wear an eye pad overnight but any mild discomfort only lasts for 1-2 days and can be managed easily by over the counter pain relief.

Studies have all shown that cross-linking helps keratoconus and that it halts the decline of the cornea. With this positive news, corneal transplantation surgery might become a thing of the past.

Swinging for just five to ten minutes a day can vastly improve your health and eye sight.

The process is quite simple too; anyone of any age can do it.First, stand in front of a window with your back straight and feet shoulder length apart. Next, slowly turn the upper body to the right until you are looking at the wall. Now, turn back the other way, past the window, until you are facing the opposite wall. Repeat the process, swinging back and forth in a steady rhythm for five to ten minutes. Each turn should take two to three seconds.While you are swinging your eyes are relaxed. Look out the window and allow your eyes to move slowly and naturally with the rest of your body.

Don’t try to focus on anything outside the window. Allow the scene to move quickly back and forth in front of you. When you first start this exercise, your eyes will automatically try to focus, years of bad habits. Just continue to relax and allow the images to blur in front of you. The spine needs to remain straight and the arms should be loose at your side. This exercise can help get the spine back into shape and will improve your posture. There is no need for constant chiropractic care or exercises that require too much discipline. This simple swinging exercise is all the spine needs to stay flexible and in shape. Practice this swinging exercise in the morning and at night before bed. It will allow you to feel relaxed making it a great way to start and end the day. You will sleep more peacefully at night because you are more relaxed. The eyes should not strain too much during the day because they are learning to relax and move around.
