Your Questions About Google

Thomas asks…

How does Google guard against creative employees taking their ideas and forming their own start-up company?

How does Google, with it’s innovative culture (personal 20% time) and creative employees, make sure it’s employees remain loyal and do not run off with a great idea and embark on their own entrepreneurial start-up? If an employee has a great proprietary idea, is the idea his or Google‘s? I don’t think confidentiality agreements and non-complete contracts are enough to prevent this from happeing. Anyone have an idea?

admin answers:

Confidentiality agreements, non-compete contracts, and professional honor ARE most certainly enough to prevent this from happening, at Google the same as at any other company. If anything, Google’s optimum working conditions would likely inspire *more* company loyalty, not less.

How do you get rid of google chrome and get back to normal google?

Please, I really need help to get back to normal google. I want to get rid of google chrome immediately! I don’t want to just change my homepage back to google but the whole internet as well. Thanks!

admin answers:

People like you shouldn’t be trusted with a computer. Whenever you want to browse the internet; just launch Internet Explorer or Firefox or what have you instead of Google Chrome. To get rid of Google Chrome just hit the start button, then right click on the Google Chrome icon and hover over “Shredder” then just simply click “Shred Files”

How does Google recognize what language I speak to show me ads with same language?

I am abroad and far away from my home country but the ads that I get on Google or Facebook are in my language. How do Google or other websites know where I am from and what language I speak? I have even registered my Facebook account with my new location in a different country!

admin answers:

The server you are connecting through, means your ISP (Internet Service Provider), it must be located in your country, they knew from which server you are coming from so smartly they direct you to your country site. If you don’t want Google to direct you to your countries page, click there a link named

Your Questions About If You Choose To Accept This Mission

Helen asks…

Smiths Songtwister……..come and have a go if you think you’re sad enough…?

Lines from 4 Smiths songs moulded and crafted into a new verse. The words appear in the same order that they appear in the original song. Like rolling 4 pieces of string together. When you have unravelled the lines, you will find the title of a Morrissey song. Your mission, should you chose to accept it, is to unravel the lines, name the Smiths songs and the Moz song title. This is dedicated to Bluemoo, my dear friend. This question will self-distruct in 10 seconds. 10….9….8….7….

“I’m that tired joke
And I’ve got to die,
This isn’t funny!
I, I want my terrible love life
To go cold
By coming on to your bed side”

Get your pens out….
Ermm, maybe I didn’t explain properly. Each word in the new verse is contained somewhere in the line of a Smiths song. There are 4 lines from 4 different songs. The words have been taken out of the lines and put in the new verse but they are mixed up. The new verse contains the words in the sequence that they appear in the original line. ie. ‘Happy birthday to you‘ & ‘Return of the Mack’ could be ‘Happy return of the birthday Mack to you.’ Hope that’s clearer.
Kitten – WHAT’S THE MOZ SONG?? Come on, quick before someone swoops in and claims the prize!

admin answers:

I’ll sit here and just watch, for once, rather than jumping in straight away with the answer.

Edit: Okay, I can’t stand it anymore.

Richard asks…

Is she attracted to me? Or just trying to be helpful?

So I am a recent college grad, and I’m single, and not too bad with the lady-folk, although they never fail to mystify me. This particular situation calls my attention…
I met this girl at the grocery store (about 7.5 out of 10 in terms of physical attractiveness if I had to put a number on it), and we got to talking and flirting a little bit, although we didn’t talk about anything romance/sex related since I just met her. She invited me to drinks right then and there since she was meeting her co-worker for happy hour, but I had to decline since I was just taking a study break. So we agreed to talk again later, and she gave me her card. She explained that she worked for a company that helps people find employment, and I somewhat jokingly (and regrettably) said that they could probably help me, since I am unsatisfied with my restaurant job, having just graduated from a well known private university a year ago. She said she would like to help me or this and that, and said I should e-mail her at her office. In an attempt to bring things away from a professional relationship and into a more personal one, I laughed at this and said, “do you have a facebook?” and she laughed when I pointed out her suggestion, and said yes, she has a facebook, and we will connect on there.
Anyway. She writes me on facebook the next day (she wrote me first), saying nice to meet you, etc, lets get lunch, and she also says “I’ll see if I can help you!”…. hmmm…
And I write back something like, nice meeting you too, I would love to hang out, etc.
She writes me that she was busy this weekend, hows next weekend?
I haven’t responded yet…
Then she writes me yet ANOTHER letter, this time an e-mail saying basically the same thing, to quote, “How is the studying the economy and jobs going? Let’s grab food or something this week or weekend and discuss!”

Now my mission for you, if you choose to accept it, is to tell me wether you think that a girl would be so terribly interested in helping some random dude find a job as to repeatedly write him about getting lunch together to discuss it, or if she is doing all that because she is interested in more than just talking about jobs… Either way, I will have to go have lunch with her to find out, since there is no real way to let her know I want to date her, not talk about jobs unless the dating part fails, but I would really love your feedback. Thank you!!

admin answers:

It could be both. Talk to her in person or phone instead of facebook. That way u can hear her tone of voice. (if she is joking not joking, laughing not laughing )

Sandy asks…

Is there truth behind the Bible?

The bible was written and rewriten. How can we determine what was lost during the translation from the hebrew version and the new testimate version. Truth is we cant. I wrote a question earlier to this but it seems people took it a little wrong. The truth i beleive is behind everything in the red. the things jesus christ actually said. missionarys go out and have people pray with them to let god forgive them of their sins . Well If re read it seems as if jesus himself is trying to teach the gospel of the kingdom of god.
“is like unto treasure hid in a field” (Matthew 13:44)
Jesus knew about his mission (Luke 4:43);
he was sent to preach the Gospel
people over hundreds of years in the christian culture have overlooked this. The prominent point is He died on the cross for our sins. which i beleive is misinterpretated. Everybody sins. But he died on the cross to prove to us there is eternal life. THE RESURECTION! ……lets go onto another example. the middle east. there are people everyday killing themselves to kill others. but the one thing that they do beleive in is god. they beleive they will go back to gods kingdom. their wives and children share the same culture so they can accept the fact that they do these crazy things. jesus was born in the eastern culture. so is there just a chance that they might have adapted to the culture of jesus while implementing their own parts to the culture. people here believe there is a hell. the story of lucifer. well god loves everyone. he is not gonna condemn someone for the free will they use. thats why there is karma he accepts everybody. as for lucifer …You might think this is crazy and out of the ordinary but he was absorbed in to gods all shining light. he no longer has a spirit. there is no angel who can be better then god. some might say hell is where the bad people go …. well if you beleive in reincarnation then you will have to do ten x the good deeds your next life. i know i am preaching what i beleive and some of you will not accept that . Its ok , but should the churches or missionarys try and choose a mission that brings forth the mission that jesus came here for?

admin answers:

As a Christian we believe that the Spirit of God was at work when the Bible (as we officially know it which was created in the 1500′s by monks) was bound together.

Yes, we are human and thus we have human errors. But to say that God’s will is not being done because the Bible was written in “error”…not gonna go there. Can’t go there. The Bible is my life and is God’s spoken words to our hearts and our lives. God is revealed in the Scriptures and our lives should live by the Scriptures.

Hope this helps!
Good luck, and may God continue to shine on you.
-Shalom

Linda asks…

How do you remove a picture from google images?

I recently tried googling my full name and I saw my picture.
It was a photo I posted on facebook.
I want to remove this photof rom google.. How do i do that?
By the way, i removed the picture from facebook, but it still apears in google images..
And why out of all the pictures of my on facebook, google chose that particular one to have in their image results?

admin answers:

You can’t. Google updates its search every so often- usually every couple of weeks, i think, to include new images and delete old ones. A representation of your picture is stored on google servers, and will continue to show up for a while longer.
As for why it did it, its a result of google’s mysterious algorithm. If anyone figured out how it worked, and why, they’d be rich. Just goes to show you how cautious you need to be on the internet.
