Has anyone had success in taking l-carnitine before working out?
I’ve lost 25 pounds in the last six months,but I still need to lose about 10 more.

YES!!. But you take it as a 4-6 week course, not only just before training. Aftere the 4-6 weeks, you have a 1-2 week carnitine free period. It makes that you can keep on crunching a bit longer thus you have more exercise effect. You are still the one doing the hard work though, it is not a miracle cure.

my sister has been taking it for a while now, and has lost inches off her entire body. she doesn’t exercise, and doesn’t eat breakfast, but has still managed to maintain that body for quite some time now. all i want to know is- will it last?
(plus, it just seems too good to be true)

L-carnitine is good supplement, but if you do not combine it with proper training and nutrition or do not have nature good physic it won’t help you so much.
It is some kind of thermogenetic. It helps burn more fats during cardio if you take it before it (30min).
