Long years ago I was playing a game Landing on the Moon. It used a line containing the amount of fuel, speed, height. You mustn’t run out of the fuel by consuming it and also avoid lifting up and crashing down.

Mark asks…

Call of Duty World at War freezes at every mission?

Whenever I transition from one mission to another the system freezes on my xbox 360, so I turn it off and turn it back on and choose the mission from mission select and it works fine. Is this problem happening to anyone else, I tried whipping the disk? Is it the Disk problem or the game system’s problem?

admin answers:

Does it happen with other games?if so it’s the system, if not then it’s the game. Contact the store you bought it from and then do an exchange if it is the disk.

I have the same game but, on PS3 and it works fine.

Your Questions About An Impaired Immune System

Marijuana Survey (edited for easy reading)?

For those with ADD and other issues with doing research, I’m listing a much easier reference in a simply image : http://tokerville.com/images/history-of-cannabis.jpg

This time line image takes 2 minutes to read and brings those that have been lied to for years up to date on the actual facts behind the law on Marijuana. For those that want more details read the research sources listed below. The resources are from Government, University and Medical sources and are all reputable.

(Please inform yourself through the reputable resources from our own government, medical research and major universities such as Harvard before making your comment.
Note: Much of what “some” Americans know about Marijuana is misinformation for the purpose of fighting hemp production (which grows 10x faster than trees and is a threat to the forestry industry) and big pharma that wants you on their drugs.

The survey:
1. Do you smoke (explain how much or if at all)
2. Do you want it legalized

A new report from the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML) pegs the costs of marijuana law enforcement in the United States at $7.6 billion annually and finds that escalating marijuana arrests over the past two decades have failed to have any impact on marijuana use rates or other indicators chosen by drug enforcers to measure “success” in the war on drugs. What marijuana law enforcement has accomplished, the study found, is hundreds of thousands of arrests each year, with the burden of criminal sanctions borne disproportionately by the young and the non-white.
Current marijuana polices, which rely heavily on criminal penalties, are “wholly ineffective at controlling the use and sale of marijuana,” the study concluded.

For the comment about Asthma:

Smoking cigarettes, mowing and a number of other things are also bad for asthma, but would you spend 7 billion a year and place millions of otherwise law abiding citizens in jail for smoking cigs or mowing their yard?
For the person commenting on driving:

I personally don’t want to drive after smoking, but reliable research that I’ve provided shows that there is no significant difference in the ability of to drive while high contrasted with those that do not. In the same research it showed a significant difference in those that were drinking (note: they had more accidents and drove much faster while drinking.. where those smoking drove slower and were more cautious)
For the person that doesn’t like the sources:

Harvard, US Government, etc. are not biased resources. I showed the resources because of the reputation and legitimacy of them.

If you want to argue against Harvard and the like then go right ahead. Ill stick to peer reviewed research.

John asks…

Ongoing sickness?

Around two or more months ago I started getting cold symptoms and feeling unwell with temperature/fever, headaches, fatigue, etc., and I have been feeling ill ever since; I now have a lung infection and I just don’t feel normal at all. My ears are blocked, I have frequent headaches, am very tired and generally feel like I have a constant cold, on top of the infection, and also my digestive system doesn’t feel right. Before this I seldom got sick, and although I had severe asthma at a very young age I have not had any chest problems at all for at least ten or eleven years. I am on antibiotics for the chest infection but I still feel ill. I am eighteen-years-old and a strict vegan, and I don’t smoke or drink. The only other health problem I have is a vitamin B12 deficiency for which I have injections, and although my injections are not up to date I don’t think it would be affecting me like this as it never ever has before. It is as though my immune system has stopped working! :(

I will go back to the doctor next week if it has not cleared up, but I wonder if anybody has any suggestions as to why it might be, or if anyone has any similar experiences? Can lack of B12 impair the immune system, or could it perhaps be a parasite?

admin answers:

On going sickness can well be cured by cosulting a good physician and some tests done to know the specificity .Apart from that, to stay away fron such syndromes you can do pranayama’s from a expert as this holds the key to a stressfull and healthy life along with a healthy diet.Lung function can well be cured with special breathing processes that are learnt in yoga.

Pre-Diabetes? My son is 13, has impaired glucose intolerance.?

Is there something he can take to boost his immune system so that the white blood cells discontinue attacking is islet cells.. or to SLOW the progression of the white blood cells that are attacking his islet cell? He has not had a BG over 200, but we are worried it is down the road and want to STOP it or delay it as long as possible.

admin answers:

Normal fasting blood glucose levels are below 100 mg/dL. People with pre-diabetes will have a fasting blood glucose level between 100-125. Diabetes occurs when a fasting blood glucose level is 126 mg/dl and above.Eat fewer calories. Exercise 30 minutes, 5 times a week. Adopt a low-fat diet. Loose 10 to 15 pounds. Your Questions About Carnitine

November 4, 2012
By

Donald asks…

Has anyone had success in taking l-carnitine before working out?

I’ve lost 25 pounds in the last six months, but I still need to lose about 10 more.

admin answers:

YES!!. But you take it as a 4-6 week course, not only just before training. Aftere the 4-6 weeks, you have a 1-2 week carnitine free period. It makes that you can keep on crunching a bit longer thus you have more exercise effect. You are still the one doing the hard work though, it is not a miracle cure.

Ken asks…

what is L-carnitine fumarate, as a nutrient, what does it do for the human body? Where is it found?

Is it a supplement or found in other supplements?

admin answers:

Betty asks…

Does L-Carnitine work for long-term fat (and/or weight) loss?

my sister has been taking it for a while now, and has lost inches off her entire body. she doesn’t exercise, and doesn’t eat breakfast, but has still managed to maintain that body for quite some time now. all i want to know is- will it last?

(plus, it just seems too good to be true)

admin answers:

Hi.

L-carnitine is good supplement, but if you do not combine it with proper training and nutrition or do not have nature good physic it won’t help you so much.

It is some kind of thermogenetic. It helps burn more fats during cardio if you take it before it (30min).

I don’t know what else to say. Look at the article below. It is about L-carnitione:

Your Questions About Eye Exercises For Lazy Eye

Steven asks…

I can’t sit still?? is there something wrong with me?

I ALWAYS need to be doing something active.. I can never sit down for a long period of time
when I do I immediately feel like I’m getting fat and my muscles are going to get flabby..
even when I’m psychically exhausted, I still feel like I need to do some sort of exercise..
Like right now..I’ve been out in the sun walking around all afternoon.. and early this morning I went to the gym to work out for and hour and 15 minutes..I have a headache and my eyes are tired.. But my body NEEDS to move..I feel soo lazy right now..

and I’m so upset because I won’t be able to exercise much at the gym this week because I will be super busy..I have this thought in my head that my muscles will get smaller and I will be flabby..

do I have some kind of problem?

admin answers:

Sometimes I have that problem too but hey they say it’s an obsession of some sort so I guess think it over and give yourself some rest don’t worry about them muscles they want it too :)

Donna asks…

Why do girls expect us guys to be perfect?

I’m in my early twenties and I’m single.I’m average looking but have no job at the moment. Now I’m not lazy nor am I a”loser” but I just can’t find a job yet.I’m educated (have an associate degree) and Planing to get a bachelors soon.I’m a decent guy and have lots of friends so this must mean I have a good personality.I exercise and have healthy hobbies.I have a slim/Athletic build, Hazel eyes, curly dirty blonde hair and am about 5’9″.

Girl will never look my way still.I know friends who have a Great car, terrific jobs etc and they are about the same in looks as I am and they are never single. The only reason I’m so far behind is because my parent never lended me a hand for college or anything like that so I had to do everything myself and this is much harder.

Girls are always talking”I want a guy with X car” “I want a guy who is 6 feet tall”"I want a guy with xxxx and x”and the list is endeless..So being a good catch why am I having so much trouble? and why do women want men to be perfect?

admin answers:

For starters, why would a girl choose to be with an unemployed twenty-something guy when she can be with someone who is obviously successful? Girls do not want the perfect man – at least not your definition of “perfect”. What girls want is a successful man – a man with drive and at least potential for success.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but you have nothing to back your statement that you are a “good catch”. I’m not saying that you are a failure, but what have you got to show to a girl that she is not dating a deadbeat?

As for why girls want what they want, have you never ponder how human beings and human society have evolved to this point in time? Ever heard of “survival of the fittest”? Girls are looking for mates whether they are conscious of it or not. Those who pick men who are successful have a higher chance that their children will have a better chance of survival. Girls who pick poor slobs usually end up poor and their children suffer. Not meaning to be harsh, but does this sound familiar – have you looked in the mirror? In pre-modern times, those children usually die from starvation, get sold off as slaves, indentured servants, or are even deliberately killed.

Want a girlfriend? Show that you have at the very least the potential for success.

Ken asks…

Why won’t my body help me?

i am 21/yo 5’2 tall & weigh 165 lbs, i am obese for my weight, i used to eat only junk food, so i started eating healthy, cut sodas, fried food, sweets… which made me feel stronger and also more active, i was not a lazy person, i always jog (for about 10-15 minutes aday) it is the first thing i do in the morning since i was little & sometimes swim… but recently because i am trying to lose weigh i wanted to add up to my exercise & make it more fun, so i decided with my friends to jog together for 30 minutes a day & this plan has been going for a while now…
the problem is i cant keep up with this exercise, after only 5 minutes i start having this annoying headache behind my eyes & also this killer pain at my neck & shoulders, i dont have any trouble breathing, i can talk while running & my legs are fast & strong & never hurt…
what should i do? it is so annoying i want to run further & i am enjoying it, but this stupid pain is keeping me.

admin answers:

Ok. I am 26 and weigh 172 lbs and I’m solid. When I was 21 I weighed 220 of fat and I mean I got so fat I had stretch marks like a pregnant women. When I first started exercising I would run a quarter mile and not be able to walk the next day. You just can’t give up. If you can only work out for 5 minutes that’s fine. But next week try for 5 and a half minutes and ad a half a minute a week. Just keep moving forward and you will see it working. Just remember you didn’t put the weight on in 6 months. It’s not gona cone off in Six months. It’s gona long and hard but with it. Before you know it two years will go by and you will look great. Remember no struggle no progress.

Your Questions About Eye Exercises For Better Vision

Sandy asks…

Do I have diabetes, please help?

Okay soo ive read up on some of the symptoms of diabetes, however these are my problems. Let me know if I should go to a doctor to get this checked out:
- I have gained alot of weight over the last year mainly due to poor eating habbits and lack of exercise.
- ive had tinea for almost 4 years. Ive used many creams but it still hasnt gone away.
- lately ive been very tired even when I get a good night sleep still feel tired.
- recently ive experienced itching and burning in the genital area (its not sti im not sexually active, never been)
- for awhile now I get these red and white halo shaped lumps on my fingers, that come and go and are sometimes itchy.
- and ive had really good vision all ny life however im realising its not as good as it use to be.
- also been getting frquent headaches espically behind the eyes.
As far as I know my grandma has been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Do those symptoms seem serious, should I get them checked out??

admin answers:

No one can give you a diagnosis on the internet. These symptoms could have many different cause, and you should seek medical attention if YOU think you do. The poor eating habits and the weight gain may or may not eventually lead to type 2 daibetes. It is said to have a hereditary pattern, but don’t fall into statistics, start living a healthy balanced lifestlye today! Diabetes all types are nothing to hang tight around for, if you suspect something, or just want to ease you mind, make an appointment. The only symptom I had was blurred vision, frequent thirst, and frequent urination, my sugars were so high, I was put on insulin instantly. My doctor told me that if I hadn’t of made an appointment to the optometrist because of my sudden blurred vision (which then turned into heading to the lab, for bloodwork, immediatly after, the diagnosis, and syringes and insulin) I would have ended up with a condition called DKA or in a diabetic coma. My body was trying so hard to tell me something was wrong, and I took action, and I saved my own life. So do the same, take action, listen to your body, and most imoportantly start taking care of it. Hope this helped!

Maria asks…

Hi, does anyone else feel fatigued even a week or so after ejaculating?…dont have energy to do anything.?

Well i stopped masturbating for about a week and a half (which is the longest ive gone in years)…i usually do it every other day and i noticed that i felt remarkably better then i had for a long time…i had an exercise routine going everyday and my depression and anxiety where getting hardly noticeable. But when i decided to masturbate a few days ago i noticed i have been feeling very fatigued, dehydrated, slight headache, loss of focus and concentration, and i even stopped my everyday workout routine. i have also noticed that i complained alot about feeling tired all the time for several years and have suffered with anxiety and depression… could this be because of some sort of nutrient deficiency or something?…this is ruining my life and i am too embarrassed to talk to someone about it in real life and they will probably not believe that it is because of masturbation anyway…i have also got the taboo eye floaters and blurry vision that over masturbaters complain about and noone takes seriously. i would appreciate any reccomendation of herbal remedies or anything that i can try help me. thank you

admin answers:

Wrap scotch tape around it. This worked perfectly for me, it doesn’t hurt and when you have an urge to masturbate the extra blood won’t be able to pump into your penis to enlarge it and this actually makes watching porn less enjoyable.

Other ideas that I haven’t tried yet are super glue, wound sealant, and topical anesthetic. I’ve also heard that taking anti-histamines can inhibit erections and that eating things like soy, cabbage, sun flower seeds, and cuccumbers can reduce sex drive. Anti deppressants and other drugs can reduce sexual desire.

Also I’ve been taking concerta for ADD and it significantly curbs both my sex drive and food drive.

Mandy asks…

diabetes scare? please help!?

I am a 14 year old girl that actively particapates in sports. I play volleyball and softball. I am pretty fit, but recently was diagnosed with exercise induced asthma like a month ago. I have been dealing and coping with it even though i usually have frequent attacks or feeling like im going to have an attack. I now have an inhaler and medicine. One day I was at volleyball and i asked to sit out becuase i wasn’t feeling well. I was extremely tired to the point where my eyes were rolling back( this was not the feeling of passing out and i did nothing out of my routine schedule like eating or drinking less/more) when my dad picked me up i was really dizzy and tired and he said i looked extremely pale. i continued to feel this way until i ate some peanuts about 10-15minutes later. (once again i was full and i wasn’t hungry so this was odd to me) my dad said that the asthma wouldn’t be helped by eating food. He then said i probably have another problem and suggested diabetes or something. So naturally i read up on diabetes and i noticed i had most of the symptoms. I had been experiencing this tiredness a lot lately, i had been drinking a lot and urinating a lot, i am extremly hungry a lot yet for no reason i am losing weight(3-4pounds in a week or two) i have had two cuts on my knees for a month which is very slow, really dry skin. on the other hand i do not believe i have gum, bladder, or skin infections do not have numbness in my hands or feet. I do have really good vision 20-15 but at random times it does get blurry. My dad doesn’t really think i have diabetes but ive convinced him to go to the doctors on monday.
What do you think, is it all just coincidence?Could it be diabetes?
Please help, Thanks :)

admin answers:

Could be, but like everyone else says, ask your dr to screen you for Diabetes and ketones in your urine. I hope you are o.k., cuz have Type 1 is no fun at all! I’ve been thru all your symptoms, been in a coma, slight kidney failure, DKA (Diabetic Ketoacidosis-ketones in urine), proteinuria (leaking protein in urine, and scars on my arms & legs for over 20 yrs without fading. When your tired, do you feel like vomiting or actually do vomit? You feel so sluggish that its too much work to move? Sounds to me like it is Diabetes, although I pray its not. Usually, with hyperglycemia, you don’t feel like eating. Does your vision stay blurry for a few days while you are feeling sluggish? My best wishes are with you.
