Chris Your Questions About If You Choose To Pull The Trigger

Chris asks…

Springfield 1911 Military spec or para ordinance GI or can you reccomend another?Ever shoot a baby desert eagl?

I am going to buy my first 45 acp. Looking at either of these 2 they are both close in price at cabelas for $750. Was wondering if anyone who owns these could give me some feedback. Which one would you choose and do you have any other ones that would be close in price(within $100) to recommend? Basically looking for the best non poly 45 acp out there in my price range. My brother in law is looking for 1 also. He plans on using his for concealed. What would be the drawbacks of having a large single action for your concealed? I was wondering with using it for concealed carry if it has an 8+1 capacity say you load it to that. With it being a single action do you have to walk around with the hammer back in the the c00cked position ready to fire? or can you have the hammer forward with one in the chamber and just have to do a full trigger pull? thanks. Also still never shot it but i know alot of people on here hate desert eagle’s but does anyone have any experience with say their baby eagle in 40 or 45?
Sorry my bad the price is $650 for both the para GI and the springfield military spec. $750 was for the next para ordance above the GI
How are Taurus’ for 1911′s? I have heard about the same amount of good vs bad for them for their cheaper pistols. Haven’t heard much about their 1911

admin answers:

Here’s a comparison of the Springfield and the Para in a 1911 forum that should help you: http://forum.m1911.org/showthread.php?t=67851#post659831.
You really need to do some online gun shopping for prices. Cabela’s is high.

Helen Your Questions About If You Choose To Pull The Trigger

Helen asks…

Does God grant humans free will to enter Heaven?

Suppose I, or let’s say a mob boss for the sake of not further antagonizing myself, were to hold a gun to your head and say, “Give me your money or I’ll shoot.” Now suppose you don’t give the mob boss his money and get killed: who’s fault is it that you were killed? Sure, the mob boss pulled the trigger, but you consciously didn’t choose the option that would save you from getting murdered. Is the mob boss innocent? Did you bring it upon yourself? “Of course,” you‘re probably thinking, “That’s clearly murder because I was given an unjust choice and ultimately shot against my will.”

Now consider the notion that God says, “Do as I say or I will burn you in hell for eternity.” Well suppose you don’t do as he says. Are these situations at all different? After all, if given the choice between eternal bliss and eternal torture, few would ask to be sent to Hell. God ultimately makes the decision to send people to Hell just as the mob boss is ultimately pulls the trigger, not the victims.

It’s not exactly free will then is it? It’s do what I say and be forced to live in an inescapable and eternal paradise or don’t do what I say and be forced to live in an inescapable and eternal oven.

admin answers:

If you assume a God, and I don’t know why you would, then you have to understand that said God MAKES THE RULES.

There is never any stipulation in the major scriptures that says God plays by the same rules he sets for humans, nor should anyone expect there to be (if a deity is assumed to be given).

There’s really no way to use human behavior to argue about God. Luckily, God does not appear to exist.

Michael Your Questions About If You Choose To Pull The Trigger

Michael asks…

What do you think about my poem?

Nightmare

Pain controls my life
he chooses my every step
and when I think that I can take no more
I hear the voice of death
he says he’s my way out
he says come be with me
he says just listen to the words I say
and I will set you free
but what will I have to do I say
he says soon enough you‘ll know
just do what I say and don’t look back
and pain will let you go
tell me what to do I say
to finally win this game
just close your eyes and don’t look back
and you‘ll be free of pain
ok now that I’ve done
now have I won the game
no there’s one more thing that you must do
to rid yourself of pain
well tell me what it is
this I need to know
just pull the trigger and don’t look back
and pain will let you go

suicide you speak of
this I ask you why
cause pain will choose your every step
until the day you die
this I cannot do
I’d rather live than die
then pain will choose your every step
and he will take your life
but pain is not that bad
he’s only here at times
only when i see her face
or dream of her hazel eyes
but the pain you cannot bear it
this is why you choose the blade
and you try to hide the dark-red cuts
that the steel has made
I only tried it once or twice
now I turn to friends
but you know that deep inside your heart
they just don’t understand
these words I speak are true
your friends just don’t know pain
and if you never pull the trigger
you‘ll always play this game
but what if I don’t like it
and I want to be alive
well I am death I’ll bring you back
I’ll bring you back to life
well then I guess I’ll do it
to rid myself of pain
well then pull the trigger and don’t think twice
and I swear you‘ll win this game

my hand is on the gun now
and then I start to cry
and halfway there I realize
that I don’t want to die
I try to stop myself
but Death controls my hands
I tell him I don’t want to die
but he tells me its the end
the gun is to my head now
tonights the night I die
and as I’m crying crimson tears
I say my last goodbye
Death makes me pull the trigger
but no one hears the shot
and as I take my final breath
my heart begins to stop
death has made me do it
when he said come be with me
I’m lying on the ground not moving
and don’t feel very free
and with a single thread of hope
as I’m holding on to life
I whisper God don’t let me go
and the dark consumes the light
thats one more lost redemption
and one more boy was broken
my life was lost because of her
because of her words unspoken
and as I’m drifting through the darkness
my nightmare finally ends
I’m lying in my bed now
and the light is shining in
I get out of my bed
and as I fall down to my knees
I say thank you God for showing me
that DEATH WONT SET ME FREE

Ken Your Questions About If You Choose To Pull The Trigger

Ken asks…

GS:If you had to choose a method of suicide, which would it be?

I don’t like swallowing tablets so sleeping pills wouldn’t be an option, I also couldn’t get hold of a lethal injection either. As I have no criminal offences and my record is clean, I would probably apply for a shotgun license and put the barrel in my mouth then pull the trigger. But I will never commit suicide no matter how depressed I am because I must be strong through tough times, do you agree?

admin answers:

I don’t like giving tips on suicide to strangers.

Laura Your Questions About If You Choose To Pull The Trigger

Laura asks…

If a man put a gun to your head and demanded you to love Him or else He pulls the trigger, What would you do?

1) Praise him for giving you the free will to chose, profess your love, call Him merciful and live.

2) Fake your love in order to live knowing deep down that you acted out of fear.

3) Tell Him that He’s an evil person unworthy of love, then get shot dead.

admin answers:

He is going about finding love the wrong way.
He would have to give me a reason to love him.
Most of all he has to show me that he loves me.
None of your answers fit my train of thought.
Try this :
4) Tell him that you would want to love him, but threats are not the way to go about accomplishing this. The way to love is to show love first, and let it blossom into something more. If he shoots me after that talk, then he was insane from the beginning.

Thomas Your Questions About If You Choose To Pull The Trigger

Thomas asks…

Why do some atheists say that the concept of “Hell” objects “free will”, because it’s God forcing us to choose?

Ok, I get it, of course. It’s God putting a gun to our heads and say “do as I ask, or I’ll kill you“. It’s not really a choice, I know.

But, I’m an atheist, you‘re an atheist. If the Abrahamic God is real, we obviously made that choice for Him to pull the trigger anyway. So, aren’t we the last people who should use that argument of God forcing a choice on humanity?

admin answers:

So… If I’m not an atheist what hole does that poke in your argument?

If you want to connect an Abrahamic God, free will, hell, and a gun to your head into a single analogy that is some form of you exercising free will I guess.

Out of curiosity how does a Hobsons choice (to take it to an even further extreme) not become an exercise in free will?

You definitely show signs of anorexia nervosa… 438 calories is an awfully precise number and is a 1/5 of what you should be eating… It appears you have developed the disorder out of a need for control and this can happen when you feel like there are so few things you can control in life… My advice is to find a good psychiatrist (not a psychotherapist as they need no licensing to practice) and they can help you get back on track

PetSmart – The Facts

Information regarding the Grreat Choice® Recall

With the recent FDA announcement of a salmonella investigation involving peanut butter products distributed through the Peanut Corporation of America (PCA), we began working closely with all of our vendors to verify whether there are any implications for our customers and their pets through the products sold in our stores.

Although we are not aware of any reported cases of injury or illness related to peanut butter products in our stores, we are conducting a voluntary recall as a precautionary measure and have removed these products from our shelves and website.

Background
Effective January 20, 2009, PetSmart® is conducting a voluntary recall of seven of our Grreat Choice dog biscuits (peanut butter and assorted flavors). We initiated the recall after determining these products sold between August 21, 2008 and January 19, 2009 contain peanut butter product linked to the salmonella recall announced by the FDA.

While some of these products have been tested and no traces of salmonella were found, we have recalled these products as a precautionary measure.

Because of the potential risk, we’re immediately removing these products from our shelves and website.

What Has Been Recalled?

* Here’s the complete list of products included in the recall with their UPC code, also known as a bar code.

Check the description and UPC of any food you may have against this list. The UPC can be found on the product label under a series of bars. If you need help, ask any PetSmart store associate.

What About Other Peanut Butter Products?

* We’re in communication with all of our vendors to make sure there are no other products implicated by the FDA announcement, and that we have the most updated and accurate information to share with you concerning this recall.

Salmonella
Salmonellosis is an infection with bacteria called salmonella. Most persons infected with salmonella develop diarrhea, fever, and abdominal cramps 12 to 72 hours after infection. The illness usually lasts 4 to 7 days, and most persons recover without treatment. However, in some persons, the diarrhea may be so severe that the patient needs to be hospitalized. In these patients, the salmonella infection may spread from the intestines to the blood stream, and then to other body sites and can cause death unless the person is treated promptly with antibiotics. The elderly, infants, and those with impaired immune systems are more likely to have a severe illness.

See our Salmonella Q&A for more information on how this can affect you and your pet.

What We’re Doing About the Recall
Any news that involves a pet food recall naturally causes uncertainty and worry for our customers. We are deeply concerned, and our first thoughts are for the well-being of you and your pets.

* Please be assured that, as always, we’re handling this recall with the utmost urgency to ensure our shelves and website are free of recalled product.

* We’re immediately removing all recalled product, and have precautions in place to make sure they are not re-stocked.

* To the best of our knowledge, and based on information from our suppliers and government regulators, customers can continue to use pet food and treats that haven’t been subjected to recall.

What Should You Do?

* If you purchased any recalled treat products, you should discontinue use immediately and return the pet food to any PetSmart for a complete refund or exchange.

There is no correct answer to this question because you really are not asking a question. The answer is 0%. Or maybe 100%.Flicity flee may be the correct answer. You give a multiple choice, all of the answers are wrong, so it is a two part question, you neglect to say that. There is no scientific outcome. This question is kind of a modern day Koan. I know that this is not your question, i’ve seen it before.

Your Questions About What Happens If You Choose To Control The Reapers

John Your Questions About What Happens If You Choose To Control The Reapers

John asks…

Some questions about Mass Effect 3 Ending – SPOILERS?

So here i have some questions about Mass Effect 3 Ending. I hope someone could answer :

1 – WHY the hell the Mass Relays are destroied in any endings you choose?
2 – By choosing to control the reapers, does Shepard still get alive? Because to control them, he needs to… Doesnt he?
3 – Why Miranda died even if i got full paragon by trainer?
4 – What happened to Earth in the Paragon Ending? Because i didnt see it burning… It seemed to be ok.
5 – Is it true that BioWare will launch new ME3 endings?
6 – Will BioWare launch new Mass Effect games? Like a Mass Effect 4 for example? How much time should we wait ’till then?

admin answers:

All endings have already been unlocked and are listed here:

Ken Your Questions About What Happens If You Choose To Control The Reapers

Ken asks…

Mass Effect 3 Gameplay and Storyline awesomeness?

I believe Mass Effect is either the best or one of the best games i’ve ever played.

The story from the first one to the last was full of surprises and thing’s I wouldn’t have guessed, Oh yeah before I say anything bad this will contain spoilers.

I couldn’t believe how much time I wasted not playing the game when I first got it, simply because I didn’t think it was very good, but when I was really bored I decided to play it again and got hooked.

I loved the characters, well the ones from the first one, without them it wouldn’t have been the same game, my favorite characters being Garrus, Liara and Tali. I didn’t really connect with the characters from the second one but I thought the second one wasn’t as good as the first.

I knew that Shepard would die in the end as it IS the last one, and I had a feeling ever since I found out about the crucible? Is that the name of the weapon? Whatever, after I found out about the crucible I thought it would wipe out all life in the galaxy, which in the end it was a choice which was something I didn’t want but thought would happen. I’ve never played a game that made me feel something I didn’t really care much, I played them and that was it, but with this, when I found out that I wouldn’t see Liara, Garrus, Tali or even Ashly I did feel a bit upset, and also because they were stuck on some planet disconnected from other life.

Don’t get me wrong this does contain a question, which I shall ask now.

If you destroy all Machines and AI’s and VI’s and the Mass Relays, does it stop all species from using that technology again or does it just destroy the ones that were working at the time? Because then the Geth could be created again ships could then be made again and from the remains of the Mass Relays and Reaper ships could advance technology further, right? But which was the most morally good? and which one was the most evil? Because as I watched Shepard limp towards one of the choices I was weighing out the pros and cons for each and I thought that;

If I chose too kill all life in the galaxy to create a new DNA of all life and machine then obviously everyone would die which is bad, but then you start a new race without the threat of the reapers which is good.

And if I chose to control the reapers then it would stop people from dying and all the technology would be saved, but then I thought that the people would use the reapers as a weapon to attack each other for resources and stuff.

So from the choices I decided that it would be best to destroy the reapers as you were trying to do for the past 3 games, and then I killed EDI and thought I killed my crew but apparently they were fine.

Also one last thing… Why do people continue making bad games like COD but put a limit on how many games will be made when they are good or awesome? I mean God of War which was pretty awesome ended at the third one too? As has ME? And do you think they will ever make a new mass effect? I mean Halo ended at the third game and was terrible but now, there’s gunna be a halo 4? It’s a trilogy right?

So for this extremally long question, what is the best and worst ending? And what would you rate the series?

admin answers:

Why does shepard have to die

Richard Your Questions About What Happens If You Choose To Control The Reapers

Richard asks…

Mass Effect 3 question (BEWARE OF SPOILERS!!!!)?

So as my title of my question suggests there will be spoilers. So for those of you reading this then I take it you had beaten through Mass Effect 3 and saw the ending as I did?

Well does anyone else hate the ending in that you had to choose to either destroy yourself and the Reapers, or control them and let them live on, or the worst ending of all (the one where Shepard had synthesis with them, which I refer to as the Hippy Ending.

Like it seems like no matter what you do, your Shepard dies either way or lets the asshole Reapers live and ends up being like the Illusive man.

Like what is up with the endings having to be so depressing, like aren’t videogames about escapism from lack of happy endings in real life? We play for hundreds of hours of Mass Effect 1 & 2 and we get the shittiest ending in all of bioware history.

Like if Mass Effect is a videogame with multiple choices why can’t we as players choose the ending we want like being able to have the Reapers destroyed, the Galaxy saved and having Shepard be on a tropical planet somewhere making out with his/her love interest instead of dying either a gruesome death, a hippy death or a being a dick like the Illusive man by controlling the Reapers?

Like don’t we have enough videogames with downer endings as it is like with Halo Reach and many other videogames with sad endings.

What happened to videogames making us feel happy?

admin answers:

Using the walkthrough:

http://www.rarityguide.com/articles/articles/1656/1/Mass-Effect-3-Walkthrough-Part-1-Canada/Page1.html

unlocks the best possible ending
