Tracing can be done to improve eye vision by imagining a figure-eight in front of you and tracing it with your eyes. This exercise will help strengthen your eyes, as well as improve eye flexibility. It will be hard at first, but it will become easier the more you practice it.

Palming is a simple way to relax and improve eye vision also. By placing your palms over your eyes and resting your elbows on your knees, you are giving your eyes a chance to relax and refocus. All of these eye exercises are ways to correct vision without surgery and without the need for glasses or contacts.
