Protein DOES make you bigger and a good protein supplement is important unless you can sit down and eat 6 or 7 healthy hi-protein meals a day!
Other than that I would say a good hi-potency multi vit and mineral supplement and maybe creatine.
From the pure building of muscle point of view I would forget all the rest and spend your money on good nutritious food.
I’ve tried everything and can honestly tell you that muscle is built from good diet and training.
I hit 20+ stone without all the ‘mega supplements’ you are bombarded with in the mags.

volunteering to help kitties?

wow im extremely overwhelmed. alright, so my aunt whom i hav never really met before has heard a lot about me.
i went to vet school for a few years, and my aunt heard about it and she assumed that i love animals sooooooooooo much.

please understand i really do love MY pets.. it’s just that for two years i’ve been mentored under experienced vets trying to get the feel of all that we do. i’m involved in animal rescue SPCA and i run a shelter and i also have three dogs and a cat of my own(which i rescued).

So i’m very very busy. HOWEVER recently i realized two things.
1) my aunt is also very very loving of animals. She has a huge home on the farm and it’s like fenced in and you know excetera. So she has – no i’m not exaggerating – 125 cats! OMG! like yeah i know.. when i first heard i had three thoughts: 1. how does she provide effecient care for all these cats?? 2. is she rich to pay for the food and housing? 3. isn’t that illegal? and my dad gave an answer for all. 3. she somehow got it legalized because she is working with the government spca or something? yeah i don’t totally understand it. 2. the government helps her out and yes she is rich because of a lot of oil on her property as well as her husband was a very very succesful man and left her a lot of money. she had a lot of excess cash and a strong love for animals so well you get the idea. 1. she hires many different people to interact with the pets, adn she really has nothing else to do so she just pretty much hangs out. but she knows them *all* by name and always makes sure they have a lot of care. plus, she invests all her time in placing them in homes.

im all for adopting a dog here or there, or taking in a stray ccat, but i HONESTLY think this is wayyyyyyyyyyyy overboard. but she didnt apparently. so all her family was unapproving of her mission (not that i blame them) and when she knew she was in bad health, she decided to chose someone totake over” for her.

the basic jist of her plan is: take in any cats she finds on the side of the road, gets given to her by the shelter or unwanting owners, and houses them until she finds a better more permenant hoem for them. She also spays/neuters, and if they are pregnant she houses them in a seperate little area. any animal she gets that isnt spayed/neutered is placedd in her own personal home until she can spay/neuter it/them. its a pretty complex system.

How about instead of saying no you ask if you could spend a weekend or two helping out at the rescue. Petting, and feeding kitties, changing litter. She can show you the operations and how things work. It will also give you more of a sense of what is actually involved, and if you would be up for it.

Some of you may know when you’re on a computer how you have insert, draw, create table options on Google docs options are available. When you go to Google Docs on iPhone, it doesn’t show those options in the mobile version, how can I get it to? Do I have to click view desktop version? Will this be hard on the iPhone? Are there any other suggestions?

Modify/Add your questions.
(You can change the theme too.)

When you are done, click on the “More Actions” button.

Modify if you want to.

Click on the “Save” button.

At the bottom of your browser window, you will see this:

That is a link to your form.
You can give that to people.

If you want to embed the form, click on the “More Actions” button.

I don’t know how to use Google Docs with uploading a spreadsheet. Is there an official URL I can make through Google Docs so I can link to the spreadsheet? Because when I exported the document, after a few minutes it went blank.
